"Even in spirit we work with what we're given – & we're given what we have to work with. There is no single divine standard: each individual and each element is held within its appropriate balance of probabilities. Humanity judges by constantly refering everything back to a norm or stereotype – so that most of you never come to see things as they are. This process is exemplified in your exam systems – which couldn’t be a more irrelevant measurement … and for what? You might as well judge a jug on how much water had been poured into it!
