Tao Te Ching 45

What is perfect has a missing ingredient:
   It lacks a dynamic.
What is complete is wanting:
   It has nowhere to grow.

Super straightness may appear bent.
Superb skills may appear crude.
Superior eloquence may appear unconvincing.

Every movement comes to rest.
Every fire burns itself out.
Quiet clarity is the yardstick of good judgment.
